An update to Dragon Professional Individual for Mac 6.0 was released on March 27th, 2017. This update for Dragon Dictate will update the version to 6.0.7.


To download this update, go to the Dragon for Mac menu icon > Preferences > Updates, and press the "Check for Updates Now" button.

• To enable check for updates automatically, click the Dragon for Mac icon > Preferences > Updates", then place a check in the box next to "Automatically Check for Updates".

The Dragon Dictate 6.0.7 update incorporates the following changes:

• Resolves "jumping cursor" issues when dictating into Microsoft Word.

To manually download and install the Dragon Professional Individual for Mac update, follow the steps below:

1. Close Dragon Professional Individual for Mac.
2. Click here to download the update file.
3. Double-click the "Dragon14806_.zip" file to extract the application file to the desktop.
4. Locate the new Dragon application icon on the desktop.
5. Drag the icon into the "Applications" folder. Replace the existing file when prompted.

Dragon Professional Individual for Mac is now updated to version 6.0.7.
